Flower Delivery + FAQ
General Delivery
We deliver to Sylvan Lake and central Alberta. Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, labor and fuel costs and quoted upon placement of order.
The BNest Studios is closed on Sundays. No pickups or deliveries will be available on Sundays between the months of September 01 through April 15. Exceptions to this are Valentines Day & Mothers Day, among others. Please follow our Instagram or check our hours on Google as we update these platforms frequently.
Deliveries are available Monday-Saturday. If your selected delivery date falls on a Sunday, the arrangement will automatically be moved to delivery for the next business day.
Delivery may occur anytime between 10am and 8pm Monday – Saturday. Generally, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery requests around busy holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering same day delivery for a business.
We require 24 hours notice for all pre-order pickup orders. If you require an order as soon as possible, please come visit us in store and we will take care of you. You can also call us at 587-877-2899.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day orders must be submitted online by 3pm. If an order is placed during busy holidays for same day delivery, this may be effected.
Same day deliveries may become unavailable for December, Valentines Day, and Mothers Day depending on weather and volume of deliveries during busy times of the season.
Business deliveries will happen before 5pm, but please ensure you indicate your order is being delivered to a business. Include the company name so we can ensure arrival before the business closes.
Generally, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
During the winter months we will make every attempt to ensure a successful delivery; however, due to below zero temperatures we are unable to leave them on the step. Please help us ensure the recipient is going to be home by including their phone number on their order.
Second attempt delivery is available at a rate of $11.95. We will always call recipients to verify availability to receive a delivery. Please note that the recipient will receive a phone call and/or text message using the provided Recipient Phone Number in order to accurately deliver the order.
We will communicate with the sender if the delivery is unsuccessful. Our delivery services are provided by our staff at The B Nest Studios. Please provide as much information as possible for the recipient to ensure proper delivery.
The driver will make every effort to get the flowers to the recipient with the information given by the sender. Please triple check the recipients phone number and address as wrong information may result in unsuccessful deliveries and/ or second delivery fees.
Our driver will attempt delivery once. If there are complications, we communicate with the customer (sender) and / or recipient. Our driver will not be able to re-route deliveries if the recipient is not home.
Please note we may outsource our deliveries to a third party.
If the flowers do not arrive on the date that was selected, we need to know right away. Get in touch with us by sending an email to bee@theBnest.com or call 587-877-3736.
Second Delivery Attempt
If no one is home and the driver isn’t able to connect with the customer or recipient, and we feel that leaving it on the front step is not suitable due to temperature or weather conditions we will bring it back to the shop and wait until we receive more information.
If a secondary delivery is desired, a second delivery fee will generally apply. Second attempt delivery is available at a rate of $11.95. We will contact the customer if this is necessary.
Second delivery attempts may be sent out the following day. (If this happens on a Saturday, the flowers will be re-sent on Monday).

Can I order in store?
Absolutely! Come see us at 5010-50 St. Sylvan Lake in our store. Walk in, place your order and we will do the rest. Our store hours are 10am– 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Sylvan Lake and surrounding area. Delivery fees will be added to your order. You are always welcome to order online and pick up in store.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is based on distance from our physical location to your delivery address. Delivery fees can range starting from $11.95 depending on your delivery location. This will be automatically calculated within the checkout or order process.
Can I customize my online order?
If you require a custom arrangement, we suggest visiting us in store and our shop staff will assist you in person. Call us at 587-877-2899 and we will be happy to meet your specific needs whenever possible.
Do you do weddings?

I don’t see what I have in mind. Can I have a specific arrangement made?
You bet. Please submit a request through our online contact page or call us at 587-877-2899 and we will be happy to build an arrangement to your liking and budget.
How long should my flowers last?
Care is the key to maximize the life of your flowers. Be sure to find and follow the care card you will find with your arrangement.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Our deliveries can occur anytime between 10am and 8pm Monday - Saturday. You or your recipient will be receiving a phone call and/or text message to the phone number you have provided on the order. We have staff that deliver every day so same day delivery is always an option, except Sundays in the offseason. What size of arrangement can I expect?
Flowers are a natural product and they go through various growing seasons yielding a variety of different sized blooms.
Sizes for each bouquet or arrangement will greatly vary throughout the year due to each flower type that is currently in season and where we are getting them from. We always suggest the “Designers Choice” options found on our ordering platforms. This allows our experienced and creative designers to optimize the value and size of your arrangement based on seasonal availability, your preferences and budget.
