Where are your products shipped from?
We believe in high quality products, manufactured locally, with minimum waste and environmental impact. Art Prints are manufactured in Alberta Canada and shipped from our Studio in Sylvan Lake, Alberta Canada.
How long do orders take to ship?
Most orders ship in within 1-2 business days. Please note during periods of high volume, or special promotions that require hand signing of orders, please allow extra processing time of up to 1 week.
Are prints signed by Bee and Tad?
First Edition prints and Original Paintings are signed by Bee and/or Tad. Open Edition Prints have a printed signature.
Do orders have tracking?
Yes, all orders are shipped Canada Post with full tracking, you will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on the way.
Will I have to pay any duty or additional taxes when I receive my order?
If you are located outside of Canada or the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.
What currency does your website charge?
All orders are charged in CAD.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the items and packaging and contact us.
Do you warranty your products?
We stand by the quality of our products, if you have any issues with your B Nest Studios books or art art please contact us for replacement or repair.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Please see our returns policies.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order please contact us immediately. Once your order is in production we are unable to make changes.
Can I get permission to tattoo your artwork?
Yes, no need to request permission, please send us a photo when it’s done or post it with #theBnestStudios or @theBnestStudios
Can I contact you?
All business inquiries or inquiries requiring a response should be submitted to bee@theBnest.com, you may also email Tad directly at tad@theBnest.com. Please do not contact us for business opportunities or to request help with school projects. All inquiries are read but due to the volume of emails not all can be responded to.
Do Bee and Tad accept commissions?
To be notified when the B Nest is accepting commissions please contact bee@theBnest.com.
