 RETURNS POLICIES

We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied for any reason and we will make all reasonable attempts to resolve your issues.

  • Art Prints and First Editions are made to order and are final sale. Please contact us immediately after receiving the package, so we can accommodate any damages/replaces.

  • All other items (Sketchbooks, Apparel, Sticker Packs, etc..) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund less our actual shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

SHIPPING POLICIES

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please note during periods of high volume, or special promotions that require hand signing of orders, please allow extra processing time of up to 1-2 weeks. When your order is ready to be shipped, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. In case you have not received it or are unable to find your tracking number, contact bee@theBnest.com. All taxes, fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the receiver’s country of residence and item quantity in your online shopping cart.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If your order is extremely time sensitive please contact us to confirm specific estimated delivery prior to placing your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. To avoid shipping delays please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

 

IMPORT FEES

Items shipped outside of the USA/Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The B Nest Studio. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from shipping companies to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Canada.
